LIFT raises capital, invests it alongside experienced investment firms and sends workers to existing schools. We are truly a partnership-based organization.

Broadly, LIFT creates impact at the economic and social levels. Our programs spur macroeconomic growth, job creation, local wealth creation and education for the poor.

LIFT estimates a 5 Times Human Impact. For every worker we educate, five people are positively impacted. Not only is 1) the worker's life improved, but 2) when they climb up the employment ladder they create a job opening for someone else, 3) their kids will be better off (we assume 2 per worker) and 4) the SME's growth will create additional jobs above its pre-investment level.
